Winter Group Fitness Schedule

Bored with your workout routine? Mix it up with Group Fitness Classes!

AcroFit. Meets Mondays from 12:45pm-1:30pm & Wednesdays from 11:30am-12:15pm. Train like an acrobat – on the ground! Develop core strength like you’ve never had before with this acrobatic conditioning class designed to challenge your strength and endurance.

Cycle Cross. Meets Tuesdays from 7:45am-8:15am. Add some cross training to your cycling workout with 5-10 minutes of non-stop upper body work in this 30-minute express cycle cross class.

Hatha Yoga. Meets Thursdays from 7:15am-8:00am. This class focuses on postures of physical well-being designed to balance body, mind and spirit.

Modern Mat. Meets Thursdays from 12:15am-1:00pm. Infuse the basic elements of Pilates with light weights, tubing and rings for a comprehensive workout.

20-20-20. Meets Thursdays from 5:15pm-6:15pm. Maximize your workout with 20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of strength and 20 minutes of core/flexibility for an efficient and total-body workout.
