The 190 Athletic Club’s Winter Group Fitness Schedule starts on Monday, January 6.
Find your Zen. Due to popular demand, we have added an additional Yoga Class on ‘Tuesdays’ at 12:30pm. Also new on the Wednesday schedule, get fired up and check out Iron Ride at 11:40am. This class combines intervals of Spinning with upper body muscle strength and endurance exercises on and off the bike.
We have maintained all of our other great classes such as FitSPORT, Zumba, Vinyasa Yoga, Iron Ride, Power Platform and FitCORE.
