Memorial Day Hours April 27, 2012
In observance of the Memorial Day Holiday, we will be open from 7:00am – 7:00pm Monday, May 28. We will reopen at 4:30am on Tuesday, May 29. Please also check the Group Fitness Schedule for the holiday class times.

Children’s Swim Lessons April 27, 2012
Saturday sessions begin June 2. Tuesday/Thursday sessions begin June 19. $160/8 sessions. Aqua Babies: Saturday, 1:15pm – 1:45pm. Tuesday/Thursday, 9:00am – 9:30am.The goal of this fun and interactive class is to teach our youngest swimmers essential water safety skills as well as basic swimming techniques in an engaging and relaxed environment! Ages range from 8 months to 3 years old and parents are required to participate in the class with their child. This is a great way for parents to bond with their child and ensure they are comfortable in the water! Guppies: Saturday, 2:00pm-2:30pm. Tuesday/Thursday, 9:30am – 10:00am.This class is specifically tailored to the young beginning swimmer who still needs to develop confidence in the water and caters to toddlers ages 3 to 5 years old. Through games and fun, interactive exercises, your swimmer will learn essential water safety skills and basic swimming technique! Children’s Group: Beginners, Saturday, 2:45pm-3:15pm. Tuesday/Thursday, 10:00am – 10:30am. Intermediate, Saturdays, 3:30pm-4:00pm. Tuesday/Thursday, 10:30am – 11:00am. Advanced, Saturdays only, 4:15pm-4:45pm. Children’s group swimming classes are tailored to meet the needs and skill levels of each of our swimmers as they learn technique and stroke development, all while having tons of fun! Classes accommodate beginner through advanced swimmers and encourage progression thru the American Red Cross swimming levels. Group classes are best for children ages 5 and up who are comfortable in the water, regardless of skill level. Looking to achieve your maximum fitness potential? Designed as the most advanced of our bootcamp series, these sessions will test everything you learned in Show the Ropes and Whip into Shape.
