February’s Message from General Manager Steve Kmetz January 29, 2012

January is over and February is upon us. For the many that made fitness the centerpiece of their New Year’s Resolutions, I hope you have not started to wane on your new found commitment to health and fitness. If you have, remember that as a member of Fitness Formula Clubs, we offer many tools to help you GET RESULTS with your personal fitness goals. We understand that you live a very busy life with many distractions that can prevent you from utilizing our facilities. You have to make time for yourselves to obtain your fitness goals, no exception, no excuses.

Do you have a plan? We have found that many members do not know how to achieve results through their workout routines, which leads to discouragement and inactivity. I encourage you to stop by our fitness desk and speak with one of our Certified Personal Trainers who will schedule a Complimentary 30 minute session to help you develop a plan that will deliver results.

Many of you committed yourselves to our Lose to Win program, going on through the end of February. You’ll know who they are by their bright orange shirts! I commend each of you for participating, and I look forward to seeing everyone’s incredible results. Please help me in cheering on all of our participants through the month of February

It’s Time for a New You! January 29, 2012

The New You! Program has been FFC’s signature behavioral change and weight loss program for over 17 years. My Sweaty Valentine – Partner Yoga! January 29, 2012

Monday, February 13 at 11:00am, 6:00pm, and 7:30pm. Tuesday, February 14 at 12:30pm and 7:00pm. This class will replace all regularly scheduled Yoga classes these days only. Complimentary. Calling all husbands and wives, boyfriends and girlfriends, mothers and daughters, workout buddies – whatever the combination! Get in a workout with someone you like this Valentine’s Day!
