Welcome Mary Delaney

The 353 Fitness Center is also proud to welcome Mary Delaney to the group fitness team.  Starting in January, Mary will teach a Hatha Yoga class on Fridays, from 12:55pm-1:55pm.  Mary has been teaching Yoga since 2006 when she obtained her YogaFit Certification.  Mary says, “My favorite thing to share is that we should live our lives doing only those things that bring us ultimate joy. Obviously, we may have to do some things we don’t like along the way to get there, but keeping ultimate joy as the goal makes them easy.”  Hatha Yoga focuses on the postures of physical well-being designed to balance body, mind and spirit. You can expect to learn simple breathing exercises, basic yoga poses, light meditation and relaxation techniques to become more comfortable with yoga. This class is appropriate for all levels.
