Wednesday Night Workouts Just Got Better!

Sick of the treadmill or elliptical? Mix up your routine with Sarah Dziekan’s Cycle Cross and FitCore classes. Cycle Cross is a 45-minute class that fuses Spinning with resistance training for a fun, total-body workout. During the class, you will perform 5-10 minutes of non-stop upper body work to build strength, endurance and improve your cycling posture. Cycle Cross is followed by FitCore, a 20-minute class focusing on your abdomen and lower back. The combination of Cycle Cross and FitCore provides a fun and effective total-body workout. Instructor Sarah Dzieken is an AFAA-certified group fitness instructor. She brings a lot of energy to class and is eager to work out and laugh with you! What are you waiting for? Shake up your Wednesday nights this week! Cycle Cross is offered on Wednesdays, from 5:30pm-6:15pm, followed by FitCore, from 6:20pm-6:40pm.
