Looking to spice up your strength training routine? Training for a half marathon/marathon/obstacle race? Take your fitness to the next level with a Boot Camp! Get ready to master new exercises and unveil a whole new you! Exercises involve intermediate to advanced movements. Competency in the following exercises will be helpful: squats, lunges, bent over rows, shoulder presses, push-ups and planks. Prior experience in weight training is highly recommended before participating in this class
Try it once, on us: To kick off the program, the 353 Fitness Center will offer a complimentary Boot Camp session on Thursday, February 12, from 5:15- 6 pm.
