Upcoming Club Improvement Projects March 29, 2012

Beginning April 14, we will be completing necessary structural improvements to the basketball court area. We expect this project to last approximately two weeks, ending on or around April 28. The basketball courts will be closed during this period. Also beginning April 14, we will be completing the Men’s Locker Room renovation, including new tile flooring throughout, as well as a brand new sink and vanity area. We expect this project to last approximately four weeks, and will keep you updated through emails and in-Club signage. For more details, contact Kelly Malohn at kmalohn@ffc.com.

It’s Time for a New You! March 29, 2012

The New You! Program has been FFC’s signature behavioral change and weight loss program for over 17 years. If you struggle with losing weight, unhealthy eating habits, or seek a group of friends striving for the same goals, come to one of our upcoming information meetings and learn how we will transform you into the New You! Learn to Scuba Dive! March 29, 2012

Spend your next vacation marveling at amazing coral reefs and colorful fish. Get Scuba certified with FFC. $250 for basic skills course. (Additional fees to complete open water dive certification.) Informational sessions will be 6:00pm – 7:30pm on Tuesday, April 10 at FFC Halsted St, Wednesday, April 11 at FFC Lincoln Park, and Thursday, April 12 at FFC Union Station. April Master Class: Body 360 March 29, 2012
