Who: anyone looking to lose weight, get a great workout, and have some fun working out.

What: a 4-week weight loss/strength gain program designed to help you shed fat, improve your cardiovascular health and establish healthy routines.

Where: FFC East Lakeview, Group Fitness Studio 2; runs 4 weeks from October 15 – November 12

When: weekday mornings and weekend afternoons (session times will depend on interest)

Cost: $500 (split payment available)

  • 8 45-minute fat-burning boot camp sessions designed to increase your heart rate, burn calories, and grow lean muscle
