Caitlin Akey

Caitlin is SCW certified in Group Exercise and Pilates Mat Fundamentals. Caitlin has spent the majority of her young adult life on courts (volleyball) and on fields(hurdling, high jumping, powder puff football) pushing her self to the limits. Caitlin's philosophy is that hard work and determination can lead you to any goal you set for yourself. Caitlin strongly believes that each person should leave class feeling that they've accomplished something, whether it be getting a great cardiovascular workout, gaining strength or just having a good time!
