Carlos has been an avid practitioner of fitness for over a decade. He first became a group exercise instructor in 2006 and has since furthered his career by becoming a certified personal trainer and has worked at many health clubs throughout Chicago. Outside his fitness career, Carlos has been a professional dancer for 10 years. He has toured with dance companies and popular musicians and singers both locally and nationally.
