Thanksgiving Holiday Group Fitness Classes

On Wednesday, Nov. 26, the group fitness schedule will feature Chisel, from 11:15 am-12 pm, Pilates from 12:05 pm-12:50 pm, and a bonus Turkey Burn class, from 12:55 pm-1:40 pm. Turkey Burn will feature a mix of conditioning and cardiovascular exercises to help you blast calories before you consume them the next day! Wednesday evening’s Cycle Cross and FitCore will be canceled.
