We’ve got a 4 week jump-start plan for you to refresh your healthy eating habits and slim down for summer with daily tips and recipes. Meet with Registered Dietitian, Jessica Dogert, RD, LDN, CPT once a week for 4 weeks. First session is 60 minutes and each of the following weeks are 30 minute sessions.
