New Spring Group Fitness Schedule


The new Spring schedules begin Monday, April 6! Spring is a time of renewal, so get ready to “Spring” into a whole new you! We have some new classes on the docket to help you inject a little spunk into your routine.

Hang 10 – Our newest seasonal signature class incorporates bodyweight exercises with glide discs as your primary piece of equipment for a fun, challenging cardiovascular and strength workout.
PiYo – This fun and challenging full-body workout fuses the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga.
Trippin – Get back to basics and brush up on your jump rope skills with intervals of bodyweight, core and muscle conditioning exercises integrated with 1–2 minutes on the rope.
