Spring Group Fitness Schedules

  • Mini Bar – a 30-minute, total-body-burner using just the Versa Bars.

  • Fast Break – a body-conditioning class using small basketballs. Increase hand-eye coordination, improve rhythmic skills and get your cardio on with aerobic and anaerobic drills.

  • Candlelight Yoga – a relaxed, easy-to-follow class set to the cool vibe of electric tea lights.
