Program begins Monday, August 16 and runs for 4 weeks. Classes are offered on Mondays and Thursdays at 6:00am and 7:00pm. $199/8 sessions. Ripped on a Budget allows you to work in a group setting, feeding off of other member’s energy. Dynamic exercise formats like plyometrics are guaranteed to keep your interest high and muscles guessing. Get ready to burn calories and fat along with building of lean muscle.
