Trimonster Group Triathlon Training March 1, 2010
Let TriMonster introduce you to the world’s fastest growing sport – without the intimidation! These group workout programs provide the perfect balance of motivation, education and camaraderie as we prepare you for the upcoming triathlon season. The 13 week Early Season program begins March 8 at FFC Union Station and will prepare you for early season Illinois races such as Galena and Leon’s Triathlon. Program fee is $32/week for FFC Members and includes two weekly coached group workouts, custom training plan, training t-shirt and a variety of clinics and social events.
