May Message from General Manager, Kathleen Weber April 29, 2013
My greatest leadership challenge is leading me- being consistent in my motives, courageously honest, and maintaining a professional grit, balanced with a personal humility. I do not only want to preach a healthy lifestyle, but lead a healthy lifestyle. Teaching others what to do is easy. Consistently showing people every day is much more difficult.
The opposite of courage is not fear; it is conformity. Remain courageous in your commitment to health and fitness, FFC South Loop. Continue to lead that mission with integrity and grace.

Year of Wellness Winner April 29, 2013
We continue to follow the health and fitness journey of our Year of Wellness winner Quinetta Taylor. National Pilates Month April 29, 2013

Join Us For A Fun Run! April 29, 2013
Looking to join a fun running group? Then FFC is your Chicago Health Club destination. Join us on Tuesday nights at 6:00pm beginning May 7 for a complimentary “Fun Run” hosted by TriMonster® and FFC. Each Tuesday there will be a “Fun Run” at a designated FFC Club. Choose to run three miles or five miles. All levels are welcome. The first Tuesday of each month is open to Non-Members and guests. Run a Half or Full Marathon April 29, 2013
June 10 – October 13. $299 (full program) for Members and $575 (full program) for Non-Members. Training for the Chicago Marathon or Chicago Half Marathon? Whether you’re a first timer or a veteran marathoner come join us! You must be able to run one mile without stopping to participate in the program. Comprehensive Chicago marathon training program includes up to three coached workouts and clinics per week which cover proper running form, nutrition, speed work, strength conditioning, yoga, and Pilates!
