Join us for complimentary small group training with our newest trainer, Linda Goldberg! IT(‘s) for ME (interval training for moderate exercisers) is perfect for those who are not ready for high intensity interval training but still want to increase strength and flexibility.
Each Wednesday, Linda will guide you through a moderate intensity program filled with modifications and progressions based on your fitness needs. No sign up required.
