Focusing on total body conditioning, this boot camp uses functional movements and interval training to give you an aerobic based workout. Did we mention it’s led by TWO personal trainers!? That means there’s plenty of one on one coaching.
It’s open to anyone! All of the moves can be modified to accommodate any fitness level. The goal is to maximize aerobic efficiency while increasing muscular strength and endurance. The exercises and circuits change every week so you can always expect something new and exciting to keep you challenged.
