Show the Ropes- Beginner Boot Camp with Certified Personal Trainer Justin Werner. Kick-start your workouts with this strength and conditioning program built around many of the most popular pieces of equipment at the 353 Fitness Center. Maximize your time in the Club and achieve your fitness goals in this non-intimidating and fun group session. No workout will repeat itself!
Fall program begins the week of October 7. Enjoy a complimentary session offered during the week of October 1 – 4. Sessions will be offered Tuesdays and Thursdays, 5:15pm-6:00pm or Wednesdays and Fridays, 7:15am-8:00am, based on a majority vote. Four-week program is $215/twice a week and $120/once a week.
