September is National Yoga Month

Celebrate National Yoga Month with the 353 Fitness Center’s Yoga Program. We offer three weekly Yoga classes, all conveniently scheduled over lunchtime. Ashtanga Yoga is offered on Mondays and Thursdays, from 12:05pm-1:05pm. Hatha Yoga is offered on Fridays, from 12:55pm-1:55pm. Members, bring your stressed co-worker to the club throughout the month of September, non-members can attend Friday’s Hatha Yoga class at no charge! Classes are suggested BYOM – bring your own mat.
