Labor Day has passed and the unofficial end of summer in Chicago is here. The air is cooler and our thoughts turn to Fall. North and South sides unite to root for one team, Go Bears! Baseball gives way to football, students head back to school, and we trade our t-shirts in for sweatshirts.
Although it’s not time to hibernate yet, bringing our outdoor fitness routines back to the gym becomes more appealing. We’re ready for you! Our fall group exercise schedule begins on Tuesday, September 3. New Bootcamp sessions are beginning for all levels and we welcome our new Personal Trainers eager to assist you.
