Missing something from your workout? Join us for a 4-part lecture series where we will discuss posture, core strength, breath and flexibility. Learn how lack of understanding or use of these crucial fundamentals could be holding you back from achieving optimal performance, not only in athletics, but also in your daily life.

All lectures will take place at 2 pm in Group Exercise Studio 1. Registration is not required, but encouraged for FFC Members. Non-members are welcome, but guests must pre-register prior to the lecture. All classes will fill on a first come, first serve basis.
