This group core and stretch class is great for runners and non-runners alike! The class will start in May, but the exact date is still TBD. Whether you plan to run outdoors or stay in the club this summer, the 111 Fitness Club is excited to offer this group class! As the class name implies, participants can expect to strengthen their midsection and lengthen tight muscles of their back, hips, legs and more.
