Rolling Seminar

Are you feeling tight, sore or limited in your range of movement? The 353 Fitness Center is excited to present a chance to get your roll on – foam rolling, that is! In this group seminar, you will learn how to use the foam roller and other myofascial release tools as an aid to release tension from your tired, aching muscles. This interactive seminar will be offered on Wednesday, April 15, 4-4:45pm in the 353 Fitness Center’s group fitness studio and is suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
