Fitness meets real life self-defense in this workout led by Andres Roldan that covers the basics of Tae Kwon Do, boxing, core strengthening, stability, and balance. All levels are welcomed. Class meets Thursday nights from 6:30 – 7:30 PM in the Performance Training Center.
