Boxing classes, camps and private lessons are formatted in a one-hour circuit training session, utilizing a combination of boxing skills and drills. Kickboxing sessions emphasize the most effective techniques gathered from a variety of martial arts disciplines. You will learn safe, biomechanically correct boxing and kickboxing movements taught by certified, experienced instructors. You will need to wear comfortable layered, clothing, bring a water bottle and a towel. Your boxing wraps are recommended to protect your hands. Boxing gloves and gear are used for certain classes. |
