What is Small Group Training?
Group training combines the benefits of one-on-one training with the camaraderie and motivation of working in a group.
Choose from these specialized training programs:
Push yourself farther with a group of two others than you ever would on your own. These programs combines cardiovascular training especially running or walking, body weight exercises such as push-ups, squats, and jumping jacks, core conditioning, and circuit training. Participants make friends and adopt a routine of regular exercise while losing weight, increasing strength, and burning fat.
TRX® Suspension Training®
A workout that places you in total control. With adjustable resistance from two sources, body weight and gravity, the TRX Suspension Trainer™ improves strength and flexibility while using your core the entire time! TRX was named the “Best Total-Body Tool” by Men’s Health Magazine.
Workout focuses on increasing power and endurance by teaching the body how to use momentum to its full potential through dynamic, whole body exercises. Learn fundamentals of Kettlebell training while progressing toward more advanced exercises.
Pilates Group Apparatus
This 8-week Pilates Studio Course will allow you to experience the reformer, cadillac, chair and other dynamic pieces of equipment created by Joseph Pilates. Strength, flexibility, stamina and stability are the focus of this total-body workout.
8 Session Packages $215
Power Plate provides vibration to your workout. Acceleration TrainingTM uses whole body vibration to improve strength, flexibility, and promote post-workout recovery. High energy class provides results in half the time of conventional training and compliments your current training regimen.
6 Group Sessions $90
Duration of class vary per program. Some programs at select Fitness Formula Clubs. All sales are nonrefundable. Member price listed. All sessions expire 6 months from date of purchase.
