2013 FFC TriMonster® Indoor Triathlon Training Program
Make it your new years resolution to swim, bike, run, and have more fun in 2013! Join TriMonster™, Fitness Formula Club’s 100% intimidation-free triathlon training club and learn to improve your swim, bike, and run as you train toward FFC’s 14th Annual Indoor Triathlon Series while you meet and train alongside like-minded endurance athletes. Perfect for all experience levels. With two weekly workouts and support from USA Triathlon certified coaches, this 8-week training program is bound to show you why FFC was rated “Best Club to Train for a Triathlon” (Examiner)! BENEFITS THE TEAM TO END AIDS (T2).

- 8 weeks of training with 2 weekly workouts (1 swim and 1 bike/run “brick” workout)
- Race entry into one FFC Indoor Triathlon (excludes “Extreme” events)

Training for a long-course event but can’t find a training group or flexible training program to fit your schedule? Create your own 24-32 week training program with our Half and Full “Long-Course” training packages featuring flexible start & end dates that can be custom tailored to your race date! Each program includes a TrainingPeaks Schedule, one swim workout per week, and one CompuTrainer session per week. Long Course Program includes three Private Coached Sessions and the Half Long Course Program includes 1 Private Coached Session. Register today and receive a TriMonster Tri Jersey and TriMonster Tri Short for the Full “Long-Course” Program and TriMonster Tri Jersey for the Half “Long-Course” program.
