13th Annual Fitness Formula Clubs Indoor Triathlon Series

Fitness Formula is proud to present their 13th Annual Indoor Triathlon Series, consisting of six separate events. Whether you register for one race, or all six – be part of Chicago’s largest winter racing circuit. We hosted more than 300 participants last year, and plan to make 2012 bigger and better! The event is open to FFC members and non-members alike. FFC members receive a $10 discount!

TriMonster Indoor Triathlon Training

Make it your new years resolution to swim, bike, run, and have more fun in the new year! Join TriMonster, Fitness Formula Club’s 100% intimidation-free triathlon training club and learn to improve your swim, bike, and run as you train toward FFC’s 13th Annual Indoor Triathlon Series while you meet and train alongside like-minded endurance athletes. Perfect for all experience levels. With two weekly workouts and support from USA Triathlon certified coaches, this 8-week training program is bound to show you why FFC was rated “Best Club to Train for a Triathlon” (Examiner)!

PROGRAM INCLUDES
Training begins week of January 2nd, January 30th, or February 13th
2 Weekly Workouts (1 swim, 1 bike/run “brick” workout)
Online Training Plan for the FFC Indoor Triathlon Series
Small group training sessions with 1-on-1 coaching
Unlimited motivation and support
Coached by FFC’s USA Triathlon certified and experienced TriMonster endurance coaching staff
Discounts to continue training through early and peak season training programs for Leon’s Triathlon and Chicago Triathlon

Who Said Triathlons Have to Be Scary? We’re Anything But Scary! Let Fitness Formula Clubs’ endurance training club TriMonster introduce you to one of the world’s fastest growing sports — without the intimidation! TriMonster provides a variety of group-focused triathlon training programs within a friendly, structured environment. All TriMonster programs are open to athletes of all ability levels and include a variety of perks:

“Long-Course” Triathlon Training Packages

Training for a long-course event but can’t find a training group or flexible training program to fit your schedule? Create your own 24-32 week training program with our Half and Full “Long-Course” training packages featuring flexible start & end dates that can be custom tailored to your race date! Each program includes a TrainingPeaks Schedule, one swim workout per week, and one CompuTrainer session per week. Register today and receive a TriMonster Tri Jersey and TriMonster Tri Short for the Full “Long-Course” Program and TriMonster Tri Jersey for the Half “Long-Course” program.

Try us out – take advantage of our 100% intimidation free no-obligation registration and attend the first week of training at no cost to decide if our training groups are for you.
