There were 237 participants over the 6 indoor triathlons. We hope to see you back in 2013 and good luck in your outdoor triathlons this summer.

Let Fitness Formula Clubs’ endurance training club TriMonster introduce you to one of the world’s fastest growing sports — without the intimidation! TriMonster provides a variety of group-focused triathlon training programs within a friendly, structured environment. All TriMonster programs are open to athletes of all ability levels and include a variety of perks:
2-3 weekly group workouts
Several weekend workout events & clinics
Triathlon team jersey
Underwater swim stroke analysis
Cycling performance tests virtual course rides in the new FFC Endurance Training Center CompuTrainer Studio!
Lectures & Clinics on strength training, general diet, race fueling, bike maintenance/repair, injury prevention, efficient transitions, and more.

“Long-Course” Triathlon Training Packages
Training for a long-course event but can’t find a training group or flexible training program to fit your schedule? Create your own 24-32 week training program with our Half and Full “Long-Course” training packages featuring flexible start & end dates that can be custom tailored to your race date! Each program includes a TrainingPeaks Schedule, one swim workout per week, and one CompuTrainer session per week. Register today and receive a TriMonster Tri Jersey and TriMonster Tri Short for the Full “Long-Course” Program and TriMonster Tri Jersey for the Half “Long-Course” program.
