Prenatal_bannerWorkout in a safe and effective environment with Tyler Rathje, CPT, Pre/Postnatal Specialty Certified Instructor and Rachel Sutter Certified Pilates Instructor/Prenatal Specialty Certified Instructor.  Enjoy two formats designed specifically for the prenatal women:

  • Mondays: Prenatal Pilates at 5:30pm
  • Wednesdays: Prenatal Bootcamp at 6pm.

Learn exercises that will help reduce aches and pains, provide stability and support for your baby, manage weight gain, and promote a healthier pregnancy and a swifter postnatal recovery.

Member: $224 for 8 classes / Non-member: $304 for 8 classes
