Prenatal Fitness Program Schedule for November


Join us in the Pilates Studio for exercises with a Pre/Post-Natal Specialty Certified Instructor and learn exercises that will:

  • Help reduce aches and pains
  • Provide stability and support for your baby
  • Manage healthy weight gains
  • Promote a healthier pregnancy and a swifter recovery after giving birth


  • Prenatal Pilates – Sundays at 11 AM
  • Prenatal Strength Training – Wednesdays at 6:30 PM


  • Members: $224 for 8 classes
  • Non-Members $304 for 8 classes
