Functional Fitness Class (FFC)
This small group workout will improve strength and conditioning and promote weight loss by combining cardiovascular and strength in one 45-minute class. The alternating 3 minutes of cardio and 8-10 minutes of strength utilizes select equipment, including TRX Suspension Trainers, TRX Rip Trainers, kettlebells, truck tires, battle ropes and olympic lifts.
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)
This small group advanced interval training (8-10 circuits, 30-40 sec work, 15-20 sec rest) will increase speed, endurance and strength. Utilize the same equipment as above to push your heart rate into peak zones and take your fitness to a new level!
