It’s Time for a New You! March 29, 2012

The New You! Program has been FFC’s signature behavioral change and weight loss program for over 17 years. If you struggle with losing weight, unhealthy eating habits, or seek a group of friends striving for the same goals, come to one of our upcoming information meetings and learn how we will transform you into the New You! Learn to Scuba Dive! March 29, 2012

Spend your next vacation marveling at amazing coral reefs and colorful fish. Get Scuba certified with FFC. $250 for basic skills course. (Additional fees to complete open water dive certification.) Informational sessions will be 6:00pm – 7:30pm on Tuesday, April 10 at FFC Halsted St, Wednesday, April 11 at FFC Lincoln Park, and Thursday, April 12 at FFC Union Station. 6-week Adult Rock Climbing Classes March 29, 2012

Begins the week of Monday, April 16. Beginner classes are offered for any day of the week. More advanced classes focusing on a wide range of skills are offered on various days throughout the week. Intermediate Bootcamp begins the week of April 23. Wednesdays at 6:00am and Saturdays at 11:00am. 4 week program is $215/twice a week and $120/once a week. Designed as the most advanced of our bootcamp series, these sessions will test everything you learned in Show the Ropes and Whip into Shape. These high intensity workouts will include anaerobic cardiovascular exercises such as sprinting, plyometrics, and Olympic training routines.
