These are intermediate level group Pilates classes that focus technique, form and posture while strengthening your entire body. Some experience is suggested with these classes.
Mondays at 6:30 PM with Kelly Nyhan:
All levels are challenged and welcome in Kelly’s group apparatus class. This class offers a modern approach to classical exercises. You’ll learn much of the standard repertoire with a few non standards thrown in from Kelly’s expertise in yoga, weight training, and group exercise.
