Yin Yang Yoga“Yin Yang Yoga” is more of a Vinyasa Flow style that combines the passive and active asanas for a very deep and balance session. Yin is long held poses practiced while the muscles are not yet warm, allowing energy to reach the deeper connective tissue. Prana (life force) stimulates and tones the joints and connective tissue, making them less dense and more flexible. Allowing you to move into Yang, a more active practice. Such as breath synchronized movements ( sun salutations). Creating a calm focus in your body and mind.
