Nutrition on the Go: A Busy Professional’s Guide to Managing Healthy Eating

Join the 353 Fitness Center and Carrie Linke, MS, RD, LDN – Registered Dietitian for the Club’s first nutritional seminar on Wednesday, May 7, from 1:00pm-2:00pm in the 353 Fitness Center’s Group Fitness Studio.  Learn:

  • The basics of carbohydrates, proteins, and fats – what they are, why they’re important, and how much we need of each
  • Planning ahead – how to construct quick, healthy meals and snacks
  • Making smart choices when dining out – what to look for and what to avoid
