New-YouThe program is for everyone looking to lose 5 – 20 pounds in 12 weeks, seeking direction in their eating habits, searching for a group of friends striving for the same goals, feeling awkward on the fitness floor, and wanting to participate in Personal Training but unable to afford private sessions.

Our next information meeting will be January 8. Program begins January 13.  Cost is $499/members for 29 sessions.

Program includes the ActivTrax Nutrition Tracking System, FA20 Polar Activity Computer or FT7 Polar Computer, 24 Small Group Training Sessions, two lectures (grocery tour and dining out) and three evaluations.
