Fitness Programming

 

Throughout the month of October, try something new and join us for one of these following new fitness programming events:

  • Every Tuesday in October at 7 AM, Myshel will be conducting a class for Injury Prevention and Strength Training for Swimmers.
  • Every Wednesday in October at 9 AM, enjoy a  free 15 min High Intensity Interval Training workout with a 15 minute complimentary chair massage afterward!
  • Every Saturday in October enjoy a free PTC trial at either the 9 or the 11 AM classes.
  • October 4 at 10 AM in the PTC Jim will be performance a boot camp for Endurance Athletes.
  • October 3 at 10 AM Colten will be conducting a seminar on TRX suspension training and TRX RIP training.
