New Group Fitness Schedule

Please check out our new group schedule at http://ffc.com/141-jackson-fitness-center/which will take effect on April 3rd. We will now have yoga!

Important Performance Training Center Updates

Attention members: as of April 1, if you are a HIIT member, we will require everyone to book the class that they will be taking for the day through the FFC app. This will allow us to better service you in this class. Please see a employee for details and pick up a flyer at the gym so you can download the FFC app and start booking your HIIT classes as of April 1!  

New Equipment

We constantly strive to add the most current, cutting edge equipment into the gym. As of January 2017, we have added:

  • New padded plyo boxes and the MYZONE heart rate monitoring technology system
  • 20 new yoga mats for Sunrise Yoga that will be held on Mondays at 7 AM on the rooftop deck May – September
  • Body Bars for a new class called Critical Mass.

Things to come: heavy kettlebells, flat bench and expanding the free weight area by mirroring and adding in more benches. If there are other things you would like to see, please email me directly at lstockfleth@ffc.com. I am always open to suggestions!
