New Fall Group Fitness Schedule

The seasons are changing; why not change up your fitness routine? The new FALL schedule begins Tuesday, September 8! We’ve made some changes based on the great feedback from our members. Thank you for your input!


FitKick will be coming back on Wednesdays with Jernell Geronimo from 10:00-10:45 AM! BASIC will be directly following from 10:45-11:30 AM.

Modern Mat

This class is a contemporary approach to Pilates using equipment such as light weights and tubing. Modern Mat has also been added Saturdays with Sharon Aguilera from 12:00-12:30 PM.

Iron Ride

Wake up early on Sunday because Iron Ride is back with Keith Kimble from 8:15-9:00 AM!
