New Fall Group Fitness Offerings

The new Fall group fitness schedule begins Tuesday, September 8 and we are introducing two new brand new programs to shake up your fitness routine for the cooler temps.

Barr-e-cuda: take your barre class to a whole new level by incorporating short interval bursts of activity to elevate heart rate, increase anaerobic threshold and skyrocket calorie expenditure with 10 fierce total body moves.

TNT: this hybrid interval training class fuses short cardio drills on the treadmill with upper body muscular endurance work using exercise tubing.
