New Fall Group Fitness Schedule

Our new fall Group Fitness schedule begins Tuesday, September 8! Take a look at some of our new listings:

Double Spinning

This class is BACK on Wednesday nights with our newest instructor, David Zale! David will also be teaching a Thursday morning 6:00 AM Spinning class.

Iron Ride

Coming Thursday evenings with Erin Sneed! Tackle your cardio in our Spinning studio and then hit the weights for some strength training! Class is from 7:00-7:45 PM, followed by 7:45-8:15 PM FitCore!

Barr-e-cuda

Our newest format will be taught by Jen Dahl on Friday night from 7:15-8:00 PM. This is a barre class with bursts of intensity.
