New_You_bannerThis program is for everyone looking to lose 5 – 20 pounds in 12 weeks, seeking direction in their eating habits, searching for a group of friends striving for the same goals, feeling awkward on the fitness floor, and wanting to participate in Personal Training but are unable afford private sessions.

Our next information meeting will be Thursday April 10. Program begins April 13.

The program is $499/members for 27 sessions.

Program includes the ActivTrax Nutrition Tracking System, FT7 Polar Computer (heart rate monitor), 24 small group training sessions, and three nutrition consultations with a registered dietician.  Contact Carrie Linke, MS, RD, LDN at or register online.
