What does membership at FFC mean to you?
Having lots of options for where I work out, when, and what type of workout I choose. It could be climbing, yoga, spinning, cardio, weights… my schedule is whacked, so I have to be able to take full advantage whenever slivers of time materialize!

Maintain balance while juggling two careers, one that has me at an office by 8 AM M-F and another that keeps me out until 5 AM or later on the weekends. “Life is an endurance event” is a quote that definitely resonates 😉
