FFC member Suzi shares, The thing about Pilates is that it grows with you.  As you become stronger, more flexible, and more skilled, it becomes more challenging.  My instructor Kristin guides each exercise to my specific level, increasing the intensity, strength, and skill along the way.  She is taking my fitness to a place I never thought it could be.  Kristin’s personalized approach comes through in her mat classes, as well as individual training.”
