-11:00am: Endurance Challenge (½ mile run, 50 jump squats, and 50 lunges for best time)
-11:30am: Pilates Challenge (Plank on Reformer for best time)
-All Day: Pop-a-Shot Contest
Saturday, March 22
-9:00am: Strongest Male/Female Bench Press Contest
-12:00pm: Whip into Shape Bootcamp
