March Demo Days!

With summer right around the corner (we hope), it’s time to get in shape for warm weather wear, aka bikini season! We have the perfect workouts for you to try all month long:

  • Mondays at 5:30pm – Slideboard Demos
    -Join Megan Thomas for a 30-minute workout focused on agility and stability.
  • Tuesday at 5:30pm – Boxing Demos
    -Join Chris Roberts for an intense cardiovascular-based boxing workout for all fitness levels.
  • Wednesdays at 5:30 pm – Battle Rope Demos
    -Join James Stewart for a high intensity muscle endurance battle rope workout.
