CompuTrainer classes begin at FFC Lincoln Park the week of April 30. Our most popular power-based indoor cycling program! During this 8-week class you’ll meet once or twice per week for 90 minutes to learn how to train using power, cadence, and heart rate in a fun group setting as you take your cycling skills and endurance to the next level with high intensity workouts that will make you sweat buckets and burn up to 1,000 calories per workout!
