Pilates for Great Abs and a Strong Back! Specialty Mat Class

Begins Thursday, September 16 and runs through Thursday, October 21. 8:00am-8:45am. $78/6 classes or $20/class. Did you know that the key to overall body strength originates from a strong core? Join us for this fun and dynamic 6 week class that will teach you Pilates exercises, with special focus on strengthening your abdominal and back muscles.
