Spring is a time of life, renewal, and celebration! So it’s fitting that a few celebrations come in May: Cinco de Mayo, Mother’s Day, and Memorial Day. Make FFC Lincoln Park a part of your fiesta by enjoying a challenging workout before relaxing or by honoring your mom with a rejuvenating Spa treatment. Enjoy the beautiful weather and city views by coming to our Seis de Mayo party to help break in the patio!
With summer just around the corner, we’re excited to offer a complimentary class “Abs are Made in the Kitchen” lead by our Registered Dietitian Sara Kevern on May 8.
And while it heats up outside, we’re making hot improvements to our yoga room to be able to offer Formula 94 and 104-degree yoga classes next month! We will keep you updated on the construction and apologize for any inconvenience.

Next month we are turning up the HEAT with three incredible FFC formats. Hot Yoga takes your practice to an all time high! The studio is set at a 104-degree temperature, adding the element of detoxification along with improved oxygen utilization.
Heated Vinyasa Flow blends the art of continual movement along with matching your internal body temperature with the heat of the 94-degree studio.

Wake Up! Vinyasa Yoga April 29, 2013
Starting on Wednesday, May 1 from 6:15am-7:15am. Complimentary for Members. This early-morning yoga class is now offered every Wednesday with Rebecca Delott. Move through a series of poses that will move you through the power of inhaling and exhaling. Sweat away toxins and reenergize your body. Looking to join a fun running group? Then FFC is your Chicago Health Club destination. Join us on Tuesday nights at 6:00pm beginning May 7 for a complimentary “Fun Run” hosted by TriMonster® and FFC. Each Tuesday there will be a “Fun Run” at a designated FFC Club. Choose to run three miles or five miles. All levels are welcome. The first Tuesday of each month is open to Non-Members and guests. Come to one of our informational meetings and learn how we will transform you into a New You, so you can look and feel your best this spring.
