May’s Message from General Manager Bob Dowdy April 27, 2012

Summer’s coming, but don’t toss aside your workout routine with your boots and jackets! Shorter, high intensity workouts can minimize your time at the club while maximizing your results. FFC offers a variety of group fitness classes that will get you in and out of the club in under an hour, leaving plenty of time for a long walk or bike ride on the Lakefront.

Plus, our huge sundeck will be open on Monday, May 14. Chaise lounges for sunning, and an outdoor shower for cooling off can be the perfect way to relax after your workout on a lazy afternoon. Or, check out the outdoor fitness equipment we added last year. Either way, the sundeck is yours to enjoy!

You asked for it, you got it. The Shop is now carrying a full line of FFC logo apparel, starting at just $25. Made from Bamboo Performance Technical Fabrics, all items are lightweight, moisture wicking and anti-odor.

Memorial Day Hours April 27, 2012

In observance of the Memorial Day Holiday, we will be open from 7:00am – 7:00pm Monday, May 28. We will reopen at 5:00am on Tuesday, May 29. Please also check the Group Fitness Schedule for the holiday class times.
