What is it?
Learn & burn small group boxing training is a 4 week boxing class taught by boxing instructors Nikki Georgeson and John Baccino.
In this class you will:
- Experience the basic fundamentals of boxing: throwing punches, footwork, and defense.
- Learn how to wrap your hands, punch the heavy bag, and focus mitt punching combinations.
- Burn through a great workout with boxing inspired drills and circuits.
